The hype surrounding this year’s F1 Manager title continues to build, with developer Frontier Developments already revealing players could take charge of a custom-designed 11th team in the next iteration.

Last week, the new Mentality system was showcased, with drivers’ overall mentality affected by three factors: their personal situation; their team’s performance and how well their Team Principal (that’s you) is managing their needs.

The new system replaces the rather weak morale rating from F1 Manager 2023, and should add another layer of realism to proceedings.
